A Brief Overview
As a member of the Total Wellness team, the intern will support and enhance the employee experience specific to benefits and fleet services. Projects include creating and updating employee and manager facing communications, SOPs, and success sheets. The intern will also review existing US benefit programs in search of value-added services and member opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Draft benefit and fleet communications to drive employee engagement.
Edit existing communications to ensure compliance with internal corporate branding.
Establish communications calendar for fleet program.
Identify opportunities for internal communications and best channel.
Ensure content on key employee benefit program channels is accurate and timely.
Develop content and outreach materials to support event promotion and enhance employee engagement.
Explore existing benefit and fleet programs to identify value-add services for employees.
Document SOPs, policies, procedures, and success guides.
Assist with milestone employee experiences.
Education (Preferred Majors)
Required:
Rising Junior or Senior Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree

Health Policy Administration
Communications
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Passion for people and employee experience
Preferred:
Experience using web and digital content publishing platforms (such as SharePoint, Populo)
Adobe Suite knowledge and experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage projects from start to finish
