Product Management Lead Analyst - Express Scripts - Hybrid at Cigna in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

The Product Management Lead Analyst will be a resourceful professional responsible for assisting with the Regulatory Process within the Regulated Markets Division. Responsibilities include:

• Daily surveillance and monitoring of laws impacting Express Scripts and our client's pharmacy benefit.


• Identify functional areas within Express Scripts that are impacted by applicable laws.


• Collaboration with internal functional areas that are impacted by applicable laws.


• Ensuring feedback and documentation from impacted Business, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders is meaningful and supports that we have compliant solutions in place in response to guidance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform initial intake of guidance into the regulatory database.


• Identifying the internal areas impacted by laws and facilitate assignment of guidance reviews.


• Ensure documentation in regulatory database is accurate, thorough, and completed timely.


• Assist in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment on the impact of laws.


• Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently.


• Fielding and responding to inquiries related to legislation, regulations, and technical guidance.


• Proficiency in using, supporting, and maintaining tools and systems that support the regulatory process.


• Work with other team members to improve the review process as well as update and maintain process documentation.


• Demonstration of problem-solving skills in a complex environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years relevant experience


• PBM and/or Regulated Markets experience, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or Healthcare Reform background preferred.


• Strong PC computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word


• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)


• Must have a high level of organization and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility to cope with change, and ability to multitask across a variety of assignments.


• Self-starter, able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.


• Maintain a high degree of professionalism in cross-functional relationships and interpersonal interactions.


• Understanding of the rule making process and ability to perform in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,000 - 125,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
