The incumbent must have a PhD in electrical engineering or in physics, with significant experience in laser optics.
Additionally, the successful applicant should have strong expertise and at least three years of experience in femtosecond laser processing and manufacturing automation supported by in-depth knowledge of laser-matter interaction, top-tier publication records, and experience in developing
intellectual properties. The applicant also should have substantial experience in developing radiation-harden sensors. The minimal technical competence required for this position, including:
1. Femtosecond laser operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. Strong experience in high-precision motorized systems.
3. Construction and development of optical systems.
4. Fiber optics
5. High-temperature and radiation testing of sensors (gamma, neutron, and proton).
6. Sensor interrogation and demodulation.
7. Automation software (LabView, Matlab, MCU programming).
