Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to be part of Auto's Employee Engagement Team within the Consumer Lending Group. They will support various programs within the Employee Engagement team including our Auto Welcoming program, Auto 101, site engagement, and creation of new development initiatives to support the continuing education and development of Auto employees. In this role, you will:
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong data analysis skills
Previous Auto industry experience
Experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
Previous experience working with Consumer Auto business partners.
Ability to manage projects or programs including active and pipeline projects for adherence to enterprise guidelines
Experience working with executives, senior managers and subject matter experts across Wells Fargo
Program and project management skills
Ability to track large volumes of activities across multiple projects and groups
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Experience building relationships with referral partners and community organizations within diverse communities
Experience working with employee engagement related data
Experience managing communications and documentation projects
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in HR disciplines to include: recognition and team member engagement
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
