About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the Offer Fulfillment/Naehas Platform Administration Team within the Enterprise Marketing Services group. The Business Execution Consultant will play a key role focused on the configuration and support of an offer throughout the offer lifecycle

In this role, you will:
  • Setup of new campaigns on multiple tools including Naehas, Aprimo and Excel
  • Use no code configuration functionality within the tool to enable features and functionality not available to the end-user marketers
  • Play a significant role with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and functionality
  • Provide ad-hoc analytic support for Offer Fulfillment team requests to make recommendations and provide guidance for peers
  • Understand control, compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
  • Use functional analytic operational knowledge to assist in GL, AU reconciliation
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and partners within Offer Management.
  • Act as a liaison between users, platform admin, and technical teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Collaborate on the design and development for the platforms and bring an expert perspective on enhancements and modifications needed to deliver business functionality, reduce adoption barriers, provide new features/functionality and cross-platform integrations to better enable users to execute and analyze offers
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, SAS or other data management reporting and query tools Understanding of Compliance Risk Control Procedures
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketing technology platforms especially in tools like Naehas, Salesforce or CheetahMail
  • Prior experience using Iris Web/ Eagle Web Tools
  • Experience with marketing cash offers fulfillment processing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering transformative change
  • Experience with rolling out and supporting a complex marketing application
  • Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects and initiatives
  • Ability to learn new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environment
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
$73,100.00 - $143,000.00
