About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Jr Wealth Investment Portfolio Manager - Option Strategies Group in Managed Solutions as part of Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:
  • Construct and manage optimal portfolio solutions for client accounts across Wealth and Investment Management lines of businesses
  • Exercise independent judgment on deliverables
  • Manage a large amount of individual listed equity options and exchange-traded funds (ETFs)
  • Ensure assigned centralized portfolios are consistent with guidance on strategic, cyclical and tactical asset allocation
  • Partner with internal groups to construct and manage optimal portfolio solutions for client accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Wealth Investment Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience working with Equity Options or Derivatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships within the team and with cross-functional partners such as Operations, Trading, and Financial Advisors
  • Working knowledge with Bloomberg and Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Prior working experience with Python, SQL, or MATLAB
  • Active FINRA Series 65 or CFA
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Registration for FINRA Series 65 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
