We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience in social media marketing to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills to the role, thriving in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for assigned clients.
Build and nurture strong, engaging relationships on key social platforms.
Stay informed on platform trends, hashtag strategies, and trending topics by vertical.
Ensure accurate, timely posting across all designated platforms.
Contribute to creative planning and execution for campaigns.
Communicate progress, insights, and results to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Track, forecast, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for each platform.
Prepare detailed monthly performance reports by channel.
Address client requests and resolve escalations when necessary.
Requirements
Location: Must reside in South Florida. This is a hybrid position.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing, including both organic and paid advertising.
Proficiency with major social media platforms: Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Interest in boxing or combat sports is a plus.
Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of an organization.
A track record of recommending innovative, client-focused solutions.
Exceptional multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
