Position: HR Business Partner Location: Jonesboro, AR
Oakleaf Partnership is working with leading global CPG company to find their next site HRBP. This role is a hands on, strategic business partnering role driving growth at one of their most advanced manufacturing sites in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to implement people-related strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Assist with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and labor relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.
