Description
Expion360 is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an in-office position at our Redmond, Oregon headquarters with standard working hours Monday through Friday. The SDR will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Represent Expion360 professionally and enthusiastically to prospective customers.
Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online outreach.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
Maintain and update a pipeline of leads in the CRM system.
Set appointments for Account Executives to continue the sales process.
Develop a deep understanding of Expion360's product offerings to address customer inquiries confidently.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine skills and product knowledge.
Track, analyze, and report on outreach and qualification metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software, such as HubSpot or NetSuite.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to handle rejection and persist with a positive attitude.
Organized with attention to detail in maintaining accurate lead records.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required.
Experience in the renewable energy, RV, marine, or automotive industries is a plus.
