About the Role
As an SDR at XILO, you'll be a key driver of growth, working closely with our Account Executives (AEs) to generate opportunities and schedule qualified demos. You'll be part of a high-performing, fast-paced team where success is measured by results and rewarded with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate 20+ qualified demosper month for your AE through consistent prospecting and outreach.
Make 200+ calls per day using a power dialer.
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
Schedule meetings with top executives from the largest insurance brokerages in the U.S.
Manage follow-ups to re-engage new contacts if current ones are not qualified.
Review AE calls regularly to refine your pitch and improve lead quality.

1+ year of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS.
