The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enterprise software and services, proven success managing sales teams, and a deep understanding of the financial services market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategies to increase market share, and ensuring the continued success of our software and consulting services offerings.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and target new markets, industries, and key accounts for Haptiq's enterprise software and services.
  • Revenue Growth: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account management processes to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product launches, market trends, and customer needs.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership on team performance and market trends.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing sales teams in the enterprise software and services space for financial services companies with a particular focus on alternative investment managers.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software and services for middle and back office teams.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to drive sales initiatives.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting.
