Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Broker & Channel Sales Manager to manage and support our third-party broker sellers while contributing to broader sales initiatives. In this hybrid role, you'll serve as the primary contact for broker relationships, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to drive sales growth. Additionally, you'll play a key role in sales enablement, promotional coordination, and event support to help our company achieve its revenue goals.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales, relationship management, and organizational skills who is excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for third-party brokers, ensuring alignment with sales goals and company standards.
Monitor broker performance and provide regular feedback and support.
Conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure brokers understand our products, brand, and sales strategies.
Provide brokers with updates on promotions, new products, and policy changes.
Sales Training:
Develop and deliver sales training programs for brokers, retail partners, and internal teams.
Create sales playbooks, presentations, and tools to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
Host webinars or workshops to keep brokers and partners informed and engaged.
Promotion Coordination:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with brokers and key accounts.
Coordinate with marketing to provide brokers with promotional materials such as sell sheets and coupons.
Analyze promotional performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Event Support:
Represent the company at trade shows, broker-led events, and industry conferences.
Organize booths, product samples, and marketing materials for events.
Network with prospective partners and strengthen relationships with existing brokers.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, including broker performance, market trends, and campaign results.
Track ROI on broker-driven sales and promotions, and provide actionable recommendations.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to optimize broker strategies.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years in sales, account management, or broker management, preferably in the CPG or wellness industry.
Experience coordinating promotions or developing sales training materials is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Familiarity with promotional planning and trade marketing tools is a bonus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
