We are seeking a motivated and experienced Information Technology Manager to work full-time in-house, supporting the IT needs of our six office locations. This is a critical role that ensures the seamless operation and advancement of our IT infrastructure while contributing to the overall success of Ci Design.
Responsibilities:
Develop technology solutions that anticipate organizational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness, reliability, and compatibility with existing and emerging technologies.
Oversee IT service desk operations, ensuring performance management and exceptional customer support.
Develop and support processes for prioritizing, executing, and maintaining IT projects.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and Office 365 administration.
Lead IT projects, including project plan development, implementation, and monitoring.
Provide expertise in Microsoft server technologies, VMware, database support, and WAN infrastructure.
Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT systems.
Conduct audits of IT programs and projects; ensure the rigorous application of information security/information assurance.
Provide advice, counsel, and/or instruction to other team members on technical matters.
Educate end users on best practices for identifying and avoiding security threats.
Facilitate the monitoring of the dark web for compromised user credentials.
Manage and assign company-owned licenses, including Autodesk, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Newforma.
Provide specifications for equipment, including but not limited to computer hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware.
Oversee and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, software, hardware, servers, and email systems.
Ensure optimal performance of laptops, desktops, applications, and other IT resources.
Proactively research and integrate emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Maintain and track inventory of hardware, software, and related assets.
Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to employees across locations.
Develop disaster recovery plans, ensure data backups, and prepare cost-benefit analyses for upgrades.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal service and value.
Train employees on IT systems and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of IT management experience.
Proficient in programming languages, operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), and enterprise-grade IT solutions.
Expertise in system performance monitoring, backup/recovery procedures, and IT solution implementation.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
