Job Description:

IT Desktop Support Technician

  • At least 3+ years of experience
  • AV monitoring & remediation, through familiarity with MS Windows, OS and office productivity suite
  • Ability to Troubleshoot the following
  • Hardware
  • Software
  • OS issues on company desktops/laptops
  • Printer issues
  • VPN issues
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Takes initiative
  • Ability to interact with individuals in various levels of organization

Microsoft Windows

Office 365
