What You'll Do:
Run the Show: Learn and then manage the back-office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the advisor can focus on clients.
Streamline Processes: Handle scheduling, paperwork, follow-ups, and general business operations with precision and creativity.
Client Communication: Support email and phone communications with professionalism and warmth-no cold calling required.
Build Systems: Help create and refine workflows, implement tools, and optimize processes to support scalability.
What We're Looking For:
