What You'll Do:
  • Run the Show: Learn and then manage the back-office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the advisor can focus on clients.
  • Streamline Processes: Handle scheduling, paperwork, follow-ups, and general business operations with precision and creativity.
  • Client Communication: Support email and phone communications with professionalism and warmth-no cold calling required.
  • Build Systems: Help create and refine workflows, implement tools, and optimize processes to support scalability.

What We're Looking For:

Experience That Stands Out:
  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.
