* Answer incoming calls to provide information, schedule appointments and receive customer information
* Provide accurate cost estimates to customers
* Document the emails/calls in an appropriate manner
* Handle customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Looking for somebody that has great attention to detail
* One to two years of related experience
