Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Coordinator to support multiple executives within a dynamic organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient communication and coordination across various departments.
Responsibilities:
Maintain scheduling meetings, taking notes, operating telephones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems, responding to emails, and ordering office supplies.
Assist with communication with staff throughout the organization.
Track, monitor, and prioritize all communication daily and provide follow-up and reminders for all departments.
Assist with communication to internal and external contacts.
Assist with maintaining contact lists and responding to inquiries.
Research and gather information as needed.
Assist in special projects and event planning as requested.
Assist and coordinate requests from the department heads with various projects.
Coordinate and distribute materials for meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The position requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Additional Details:
Max Pay: $38.00 per hour
Min Pay: $32.00 per hour
