The Implementation Lead will provide a seasoned, in-the-field presence for utility construction projects and outages. This role will be in the field for a majority of their day, with the remaining 10% of their day being in the office. They will be responsible for observing and coaching contract workers to ensure that the project is operating on safe work practices/standards. They will be working hand in hand with the different Project Leads to oversee the success and progress of the work.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Construction Execution Plan development
Reviewing project scopes/contracts
Attend project specific meetings as needed
Manage Contractors and Schedule effectively
Provide Quality Construction oversight
Qualifications:
5+ years managing contractors on construction projects
