Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for healthcare applications
Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific healthcare use cases
Develop and optimize conversational AI agents to enhance patient interactions
Create and maintain agentic workflows from conception to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our product ecosystem
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in healthcare applications
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience developing ML products and pipelines
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with NLP techniques and working with LLMs
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in healthcare
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with healthcare data
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
