What You'll Do:
As a Data Analyst, you'll be involved in data entry, data migration, and data cleanup as part of a larger transition project. You will also be responsible for facilitating communication with cross-functional team members and external suppliers/partners to ensure a seamless transfer of information.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new software to analyze and organize data into reports for management review. Candidates will leverage Excel for pulling data and organizing reports, they will also be trained on Oracle PLM and TraceGains. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and organize data into reports for management review.
Perform accurate and detailed data entry to support the migration of information from Oracle PLM to TraceGains.
Assist in the cleanup and validation of current data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary data and ensure smooth transitions.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and suppliers to update data as needed.
Support the development and delivery of training programs for new system users.
Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and quick adaptability to data management tools (e.g., TraceGains, Oracle PLM).
Background in QA with a B.S. in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
Preferred experience in a food manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Strong understanding of FDA/USDA regulatory standards.
Experience with SaaS implementation and data migration processes, preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
