Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Developer who lives and breathes Web3. You'll be at the forefront of growing the protocol's reach and impact, building relationships with key players in the space. If you get excited about explaining complex DeFi concepts and have a knack for closing deals, this could be your next move.
What You'll Do:
Build and nurture relationships with projects and protocols across the Web3 ecosystem
Guide deals from first contact to successful close
Bridge the gap between client needs and our protocol's solutions
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery
Shape our growth strategy in new markets and territories
Stay ahead of DeFi trends to identify new opportunities
What You'll Need:
Deep understanding of DeFi, crypto, and traditional finance
At least 2 year of business development experience in crypto/Web3
Strong track record of hitting targets and closing deals
Natural ability to build relationships and trust
Clear communication skills - you can explain complex concepts simply
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Passion for the future of decentralized finance & blockchain
