Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales process by managing quotes, sourcing equipment, and ensuring seamless communication between sales and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote Creation: Develop accurate and competitive quotes tailored to client needs, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
  • Equipment Sourcing: Identify and procure necessary equipment from approved distributors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Calculation: Accurately calculate COGS to ensure pricing aligns with company profitability goals.
  • Benchmarking and Deliverables: Identify critical benchmarks and project deliverables, effectively communicating these to the project management team.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and project management teams to align on goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales enablement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quotes, sourcing decisions, and benchmarks to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in calculating COGS and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels and vendor management best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the IT industry
