Responsibilities:
Proactively source and engage high-value contacts to build both sales and candidate pipelines using a variety of tools, platforms, and networks.
Collaborate with executive recruiters to understand sourcing requirements and craft tailored strategies.
Build and maintain strong pipelines to support immediate and future business needs.
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify key opportunities and contacts through diverse channels.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging tools to enhance sourcing strategies.
Provide regular updates on sourcing efforts, market insights, and key developments.
Represent Govig & Associates' employer brand and values in all interactions with candidates, clients, and partners.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on executive or specialized roles.
Proficient in advanced search techniques and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, SeekOut, X-Ray searches, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase and CRM systems.
Strong research and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving team and personal goals.
