This pivotal role focuses on supporting the Branch Manager in cultivating a high-performing sales team while fostering the development of service associates who drive revenue and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
The Branch Leader will:
Assisting the Branch Manager in creating a high-performing sales team and nurturing service associates to drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Executing national strategies to expand the business through in-branch client interactions, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events.
Managing operational tasks, including oversight of local risk and compliance matters and addressing customer concerns effectively.
Promoting the professional growth of branch associates through training, mentorship, counseling, and motivational support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven success in managing sales teams.
Strong relationship management skills paired with expertise in financial services.
Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
A professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Position Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a financial sales role.
A minimum of 3 years in a management role within the financial services sector.
Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65/63) licenses.
Series 9/10 required
