Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Management: Review and resolve pending invoices in the MAPLE system (training provided).
Purchase Order Management: Expedite past-due purchase orders and parts, and confirm order acknowledgments.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and review monthly forecasts before submission to suppliers; send weekly open order reports to suppliers.
Data Updates: Update lead times and maintain accurate records in internal systems using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Vendor/Customer Coordination: Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies, locate missing parts/materials, and ensure timely updates to internal systems.
Procurement: Place purchase orders as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications
4-5+ years of buying experience.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with data tracking and review processes.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
APICS certification is a plus.
Familiarity with the MAPLE system/software is preferred but not required.
