At Journey Health & Lifestyle, we are building a dynamic, high growth direct-to-consumer healthcare products company. In this role on our Marketing team, you will lead the direction of product and brand marketing across all our sales and marketing channels. You will partner closely with our product development team, digital teams, sales leaders, and other Marketing team members to tell the story of our products and the impact they can have on our customers' lives. The ideal candidate for this position will be a consumer-focused, creative self-starter who can help build a new brand in a unique, growing healthcare category.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
-Responsible for defining the direction and execution of all product and brand marketing-related projects.
-Work with in-house creatives and third parties to deliver on time and on budget.
-Ensure consistent brand identity and product information across all channels including print ads, social media, TV spots, podcasts, retail stores, cable shopping networks and Amazon.
-Act as a critical leader on the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plans to deliver to the common goals.
Qualifications and Skills
-Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, Communications and other related fields a plus.
-Direct to Consumer (D2C), retail or CPG experience.
-10+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, marketing strategy or other marketing related area.
-Experience with omnichannel marketing campaigns and strategies.
-Experience with eCommerce and digital marketing a plus.
-Detail-oriented, especially related to product information and specifications.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
-Passionate about understanding the customer journey, delivering continuous improvement and new ideas, and driving revenue for the business.
