Intepros is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for our valued client to focus on new telephone equipment supporting the product lines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the launch of new devices from Poly and Cisco, streamline existing offerings, and create BYO device documentation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the product vision, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Launch:
Develop and share the vision for new telephone equipment with End-to-End teams.
Manage product launch activities, including creating sales talking points, collateral, and support definitions for operational and customer care teams.
Oversee the reduction and consolidation of the global product SKU offerings.
Documentation & Enablement:
Create and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing teams to ensure proper positioning and training materials for new devices.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with program managers, sales operations analysts, and operations business analysts to define sales and operational processes.
Work closely with software engineers, product engineers, network engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, pricing, promotions, and other extended teams.
Customer-Centric Focus:
Identify opportunities to introduce new devices and functionalities that enhance the customer experience.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record in product management, preferably in Unified Communication products.
Experience managing hardware and device launches in a cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with Poly and Cisco devices is a strong plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills to articulate vision and drive collaboration across diverse teams.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with on-site presence 3 days a week.
Technical Acumen:
Understanding of Unified Communication technologies and associated product lines.
Knowledge of sales, operational processes, and customer care strategies.
