About the Role:
Nood is hiring a Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will manage our lifecycle channels and have a big opportunity to learn and grow with a quickly scaling CPG brand. You'll work closely with the Marketing leadership team to give Nood's lifecycle program a facelift to boost customer LTV, while optimizing automations, building campaign calendar, and segmenting to unique customer cohorts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all elements of customer lifecycle & CRM marketing - from our tools we use, the touch points with our customer, and the KPIs for each customer segment.
Create and refine automated lifecycle journeys and one-off campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other CRM channels to increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Write engaging copy and manage the creative vision for email campaigns
Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for segmentation, and develop and execute the roadmap for lead generation & customer retention
Establish, implement, and optimize A/B testing strategies to drive campaign performance
Track and analyze key performance metrics for automated email and SMS campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years in lifecycle marketing or retention roles preferably in the CPG space
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar platforms), with a strong understanding of SMS and email marketing best practices.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Strong attention to detail with the ability to craft compelling messaging that aligns with brand voice and resonates with customers.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience with subscription models
There is a strong preference for the candidate to be located in Austin, TX to work in a hybrid environment along the leadership team.
