Role Description
Finalytics AI is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a background in digital agency environments and hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS). In this hybrid full-time role, you will guide cross-functional teams through the successful delivery of digital projects-managing timelines, coordinating resources, and maintaining transparent communication with internal stakeholders and clients. While primarily based in the San Francisco Bay Area, this role offers flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of digital initiatives, including website content enhancements, platform updates, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with creative, development, and strategy teams-both in-house and agency partners-to align project scope and requirements with business objectives.
Leverage your experience with content management systems to streamline content workflows, ensure content quality, and implement best practices for digital publishing.
Facilitate project kickoffs, sprint planning, status updates, and retrospectives to maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve project obstacles, and continually optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex digital projects within an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
Expertise with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent), and familiarity with implementing CMS-driven solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration and motivating teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
