About the Role
As a Software Product Engineer, you will take ownership of building and optimising complex systems that integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and shape impactful products from end-to-end, driving efficiency and innovation for sales teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Optimise real-time syncing, state transitions, and latency in AI-powered tools.
Develop GPT-3-powered solutions to analyse call data and generate actionable insights.
Create robust integrations with sales platforms to expand market reach.
Utilise machine learning to model conversation patterns and predict outcomes.
Enhance front-end performance for complex systems involving WebRTC, Twilio, and more.
(Experience in all technologies not required, but a strong willingness to learn is key!)
