A successful candidate for this role should be able to familiarize themselves with client's platforms and engage with customers and potential customers on their usage of client's products. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling them to explain to clients how features in the platform are used, potentially leading to sales of new features for existing clients. The candidate should be detail-oriented and should quickly grasp new financial concepts presented to them. The goal of this role is to make sure clients continuously use platforms and continue to subscribe to client's products. The candidate will contact customers regularly to obtain feedback on their usage of products. The candidate will analyze that feedback and figure out better ways to keep clients engaged.

Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Guide Valitana users through ways to better leverage client's offerings.
Create video guides to help clients walk through different parts of the platform.
Connect with clients to make any necessary updates on their end to utilize the platforms better.
