Job Title: Cabinet Designer Sales

Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to understand their cabinetry needs and preferences, offering personalized design solutions.
Use design software (training provided) to create and modify kitchen, bathroom, and closet cabinetry designs.
Provide thoughtful recommendations on layout, finishes, and product selections to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage the sales process from initial consultation to final design approval, ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
Address customer concerns and follow up throughout the process to maintain satisfaction.
Visit job sites as needed to resolve customer concerns and provide hands-on support.
Stay informed on current design trends, cabinetry innovations, and industry developments.
Provide cutting-edge design recommendations to clients, ensuring modern and functional solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in design, sales, or a related field.
Strong passion for cabinetry design and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Diligent and detail-oriented approach to the design and sales process.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in cabinetry design software (experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest or experience in cabinetry design, particularly with European-style frameless cabinetry, is a plus.
Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales is advantageous.
Familiarity with the home improvement or construction industry is beneficial but not required.
