Our client is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment manager based in the Bay Area. The firm works in their office Tuesday - Thursday.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include:
-Work with the firm's Head of Investor Relations and Head of Business Development to service existing investors and support the fundraising process
-Distribute marketing and research materials to existing and prospective investors
-Track progress and status of all new business development opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 2-3 years of experience working in investor relations at a hedge fund, private equity fund, family office and/or endowment/FOFs
-Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution
-Exceptional technical skills: CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus), data room platforms and consultant/third party databases
-Outstanding communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
