A Day in the Life
  • ???? Provide personalized counseling to patients and their families regarding diagnostic results and treatment options.
  • ???? Conduct comprehensive diagnostic testing (Audiograms, Tympanograms) for adult patients.
  • ???? Dispense and fit hearing aids, delivering realistic expectations and exceptional follow-up care for success.
  • ???? Perform hearing aid maintenance, checks, and repairs, ensuring patients receive the best care possible.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Education: Au.D. (Doctorate in Audiology) or Master's Degree with national certification endorsement.
  • Experience: 2+ years preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
  • Licensure: Eligible to practice in Connecticut (Massachusetts licensure is a bonus!).
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication-you build trust with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CounselEar or other documentation systems (a plus).
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and ready to grow with a team that has your back.
