Position Overview Because of our growth & backlog of projects, we are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, who has years of experience in a MEP/Mechanical Construction environment, with a focus on HVAC & Plumbing. Commerical and Manufacturing Facilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to manage project risks.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems and other mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project phases.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical engineering domain.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with budgeting and financial management related to engineering projects.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and their design and implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
