Our client, a global leader in the ingredient industry is seeking a VP of Sales to lead their U.S. team. This person will oversee all aspects of the sales within the organization, and work closely with the CEO to organize and develop the direction of this unit moving forward. With a fantastic compensation package, unique product offering, and well established capabilities, this position is for someone with a "hunter" mindset who will work closely with cross functional partners and develop processes necessary to build out a successful team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in either business or technical field
10+ years of ingredient experience industry in a B2B environment
Excellent communication skills
Internally driven by success and new business acquisition
Negotiation skills
