Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in construction and demolition projects, particularly with a focus on USACE standards. The ideal candidate will oversee demolition and remediation projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of demolition and construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with USACE and NAVFAC standards and environmental regulations
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct site inspections and oversee all onsite activities to ensure safety and compliance
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or demolition industry
Strong knowledge of USACE and NAVFAC regulations
Experience in demolition, remediation, and environmental abatement
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is a plus
