Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of electrical construction projects while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within electrical construction industry
Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and standards
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to travel frequently to project sites
Familiarity with IBEW standards and practices is a plus
Experience in data center, industrial, and commercial construction management is desirable
