Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in glazing projects to oversee and manage the successful execution of commercial glazing installations, including storefronts and curtain walls. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage glazing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly.
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for glazing installations.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial glazing systems, including storefronts and curtain walls.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
