Position Overview The Concrete Superintendent - Tilt Wall will oversee the concrete construction operations for tilt wall projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets. This role is critical in managing on-site activities and leading the construction team to deliver exceptional results for midrise and highrise parking garage projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all tilt wall concrete construction activities on-site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met
Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets industry standards
Lead and mentor construction crews, fostering a collaborative work environment
Prepare daily reports on project progress and address any issues that may arise
Maintain inventory of materials and equipment required for construction tasks
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role
Strong knowledge of tilt wall construction techniques and best practices
Experience in managing midrise and highrise construction projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in construction management software and tools
