POSITION DETAILS You can expect your typical day as a Financial Advisor to include the following:
Client Service & Participant Engagement: Conduct individual one-on-one meetings, Analyze and complete financial planning for participants, Provide guidance and future planning for participants, Disseminate information from the investment committee to participants.
Educational and Group Presentations: Perform group/online educational presentations, Attend retirement plan committee meetings
Internal Collaboration: Attend internal investment committee meetings, Work within a team environment
Continuing education: Expand and maintain industry knowledge by attending meetings, education sessions, research, and formal continuing education programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field required
3-5 years minimum in financial services
Series 7/ Series 66/Life Accident & Health-preferred
Experience with corporate retirement plans
Demonstrated ability to sell products/solutions
Mastery level knowledge of financial products
Proficient skills in office technology such as Microsoft Office
Exceptional public speaking skills and willingness to conduct group presentations
