As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll become a master of strategy deployment and lean manufacturing techniques while playing a vital role in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision. You'll lead initiatives that eliminate waste, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the Kaizen Roadmap to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are executed effectively.
Facilitate the adoption of lean principles throughout the organization by coaching and leading project completion efforts.
Utilize tools such as Standard Work, Kanban, TPM, 5S, Visual Management, SMED, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping to identify root causes and develop impactful solutions.
Partner with business leaders to align improvement strategies with organizational goals.
Lead kaizen events and train team members in continuous improvement methodologies.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination across all levels of the organization.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of demonstrated success in process improvement.
Proven experience using lean tools and methodologies with measurable outcomes.
Leadership and facilitation skills that inspire and motivate teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of change management and an understanding of accounting/finance principles.
Preferred certifications: Lean Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
