Technimark is seeking a dynamic Metrology Engineer to be a key player in our cutting-edge development and manufacturing initiatives across our 12-site multinational footprint. As part of our Corporate Quality team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of metrology engineering. Interfacing with customers to define, interpret, and understand requirements all while being a driving force in the development of test methods, standards, and inspection procedures on a global scale.
You'll Be Responsible for:
Develop, plan, and execute metrology methodologies and techniques meeting industry standards.
Conduct metrology method validations and inspections with unparalleled attention to detail.
Identify potential failure modes and risks in designs and processes, ensuring Technimark stays ahead of the curve.
Perform root cause analysis for measurement system errors, implementing corrective actions that ensure precision and accuracy.
Support data acquisition and reporting programs, turning raw data into actionable insights.
Analyze and interpret data, crafting detailed reports for captivating internal and external presentations.
Your Experience and Skills
A 4-year degree in science, math, or engineering, or relevant experience and demonstrated skills and experience.
Proficiency in metrology equipment programming, ideally with experience in PCDMIS, Calypso, Zone 3 offline, WinWerth, Geomagic Control X and more.
Proficient in statistical data analysis, test plan development, and measurement system analysis.
Experience navigating the world of GD&T and Solid Modeling.
Ability to develop written procedures and perform technical report writing with finesse.
Experience with Python or similar scripting is highly desirable.
