Manage and oversee distributor campaigns (including service and recall initiatives) for a major vehicle manufacturer. Act as the primary contact between the organization, distributors, suppliers, and headquarters for all campaign-related activities, including preparation, communication, monitoring, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and submit campaign approval reports using input from the Quality Improvement Team.
Register campaigns within the Global Warranty Management System (GWMS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Quality Improvement Team, distributors, affiliated brands, suppliers, and headquarters, to address campaign-related issues before, during, and after launch.
Coordinate with the Quality Improvement Team and headquarters to address pending campaign tasks.
Maintain the campaign master file and manage campaign closures or extensions due to budget constraints.
Review claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Provide bilingual support, including document translations and verbal interpretation; ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper use of English and Korean.
Adhere to and support compliance with Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
Fulfill additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
0-10 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years in the automotive industry is ideal.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
Additional Information:
May involve occasional domestic or international travel.
Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts outside standard business hours.
Role may require on-call availability or overtime based on workload.
