Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and user account management.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Hands-on experience with Intune for device management.
Familiarity with Jamf for managing macOS devices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Certification in relevant Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications or equivalent work experience.
