Job Title: Automation Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs
- Provide hands-on support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues in automation
- Maintain, monitor, and improve existing automation systems to support 24/7 operations.
- Document programming logic, changes, and improvements
Experience:
- 5+ years as an Automation/Controls Engineer in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
- Proven expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC programming (Logix 5000, Studio 5000).

Preferred Skills: Experience with SCADA systems, HMI development, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on resolving complex automation and controls issues under tight deadlines.
