Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join the growing R&D team. This role is critical to developing our next generation of audio products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing innovative solutions, and experience working with overseas contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Electrical Engineer in our R&D team, you'll be at the forefront of audio innovation, design, and development of high-performance amplifiers and electronics that will redefine the future of custom installed audio solutions. You'll collaborate with our Technical Project Manager and cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking products while supporting our existing product lines.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on audio equipment

design and development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in analog, digital, and power circuitry design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in board-level communication buses, including I2S, I2C, SPI, UART, RGMII, etc.
• Familiarity with external interfaces, such as S/PDIF, Ethernet, USB, HDMI ARC/eARC.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or equivalent.
• Design experience of Class D amplifiers and audio mixed signal circuitry.
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.) and methodologies.
• Understanding of thermal and mechanical considerations for audio equipment

Preferred Experience:
• 3+ years' experience working with Asia-based Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers.
• Prior experience in the custom-install, commercial, and/or pro audio industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (FCC, CE, UL, etc.) and certification processes.
• Experience working with embedded Linux-based products.
• Experience developing firmware and/or collaborating with firmware engineers.
• Networking experience including network configuration, protocols, design and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of audio performance measurement standards and techniques.
• Familiarity with wireless audio technologies such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi audio streaming is a plus.
