Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and development teams to translate customer needs into technological solutions.
Contribute to strategic projects using your expertise in technology and its innovative applications.
Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
Maintain and refine the team backlog in collaboration with Program Management and System Architects.
Define acceptance criteria and formally approve team deliverables based on quality and functionality.
Lead and influence technical teams to focus on customer-centric design, built-in software quality, and system-wide solutions.
Actively participate in Agile processes, including iteration planning, retrospectives, and Inspection and Adapt events.
Drive continuous improvement and introduce architectural enablers to maintain and evolve the technical runway.
Present project results to internal and external stakeholders and represent the team during system demos.
Monitor work quality to promote a "Quality First Time" culture.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience.
Experience: 8 years of experience in software engineering (4 years with a Master's degree).
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in C# for software development (Python preferred for testing).
Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in requirements management, systems design, user experience, and usability practices.
Proven ability to balance architectural needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an active listening approach.
Familiarity with Information Security and Data Privacy fundamentals.
