Your role as a Commissioning Engineer:
As a Commissioning Engineer, you'll lead commissioning efforts to ensure buildings perform at their peak. Your work will focus on optimizing building systems, reducing operational costs, and enhancing occupant comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage commissioning plans tailored to each project.
Perform commissioning activities on various building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering (or equivalent).
3-5+ years of commissioning experience OR 5-10+ years in related fields like MEP systems or building automation.
Proven experience leading new construction commissioning projects.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and automation technologies.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, identifying potential issues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineering (PE) license or EIT certification.
Industry certifications such as LEED AP, CEM, BCxP, or CCP.
Willingness to travel locally up to 20% for on-site commissioning.
