Infrasense is currently looking to hire multiple Junior Staff Engineers for internships during the upcoming summer to work in a collaborative and flexible environment where each member's unique capabilities and contributions are valued. Responsibilities
Performing routine engineering tasks; requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles under close supervision
Assisting with routine data collection and analysis using approved procedures
Documenting project-related activities
Preparing high quality deliverables including but are not limited to site drawings, condition maps, and reports.
Willing to travel (25%-50%), typically 1-2 weeks per month between June and August
Performing all work in accordance with company and client Health & Safety protocols
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, work in all weather conditions, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, willing to travel for overnight and extended stay projects as required
Qualifications
Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
Active driver's license and clean driving record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
Passion for learning and a strong work ethic
Performs all work with a positive can-do attitude
